This Privacy Policy describes how Multians Multimedia LTD ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, retains and transfers information when users use our Multians mobile application (the "App") and/or when they visit our website at www.multians.com (the "Website").

We may collect the following personal information through both the App and the Website:

  • User-Provided Information: When you use the App or Website, you may provide us with personal information such as first name, last name, date of birth, gender, nationality, email address, phone number, address, username, password, occupation and social media handles.

  • Automatically Collected Information: We may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to IP address, location history, device ID, operating system, browser type, usage patterns.

  • Aggregated Data: We may also collect aggregated data which are data collected for statistical and analytical purposes. ​

1.2 Children's Information


The App and Website are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@multians.com so that we can take necessary action.

We use the information we collect through both the App and the Website for the following purposes:

    • You can ask us to stop using all or some of your personal data if we have no legal right to keep using it,  or to restrict our use of it.

We keep information for as long as we have the legal basis to keep it in order to be able to provide our services to you through our App and Website.

We may update this Privacy and Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on the App and Website.
